Tragedy in the Big Apple.

Almereyda's interpretation, in my opinion, was the absolute best. His modernization made the play more accessibly current and engaging with the characters dressed in contemporary wear, supported by current music. I also found Hamlet's soliloquy to be the strongest amongst the three films, because it was portrayed as a thought rather than spoken aloud.
